PERTH, AUSTRALIA: 24 January 2014 – Leading peptide drug discovery company Phylogica Ltd (ASX:PYC, XETRA:PH7) is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Bernard Hockings as a director.
Dr Hockings is a cardiologist in Perth and became a substantial shareholder in August 2012, subsequently increasing his shareholding to 22.49% through participation in the 2012 converting note and underwriting of the December 2013 rights issue.
