The board is pleased to advise that shareholders have made entitlement applications for 110,733,043 shares and also applied for 26,737,763 additional shares, a total of 137,470,806 shares.
The total amount received from shareholders was $687,354.
The Entitlement Offer was for a total of $3,501,602 and was partially underwritten to $3,231,210.
The Company has advised the underwriter as to the level of the shortfall and will advise the market further as soon as possible.
