NSL Consolidated Ltd (“NSL or Company”) is pleased to advise the following changes to the composition of the Company’s Board of Directors:
• Mr Jock Muir has rejoined the Board as Non-Executive Chairman, and
• Mr Peter Richards will assume the role of Non-Executive Director.
The Board and management would sincerely like to thank Mr Richards for his significant contribution to the Company as Chairman.
Mr Muir relinquished his Chairman and Non-Executive Directorship roles at Barminco Limited in 2016, which now allows him to focus his energies into assisting our management team in the Company’s transition from a development enterprise to a growing iron ore processing Indian based business. Mr Muir was previously on the board up to February 2014, so is well versed in the Company’s culture and strategy.
