Netlinkz Ltd (ASX: NET) (“Netlinkz” or the “Company“) announced today that it has extinguished in full the secured loan facility (AUD1,575,000) from QMAC Capital Security LLC (“QMAC Facility”) pursuant to a non cash settlement agreement where QMAC agreed to exercise the existing 35m options that were granted to QMAC under the QMAC Facility.
