Investa Office Fund (IOF) announced today that it has successfully completed 4,600sqm of leasing at 10 – 20 Bond Street, Sydney.
Origin Energy have renewed their lease over four floors for five years from November 2014 and InterContinental Hotels Group will take one floor on level 10 for a seven year term.
Toby Phelps, Fund Manager of IOF said: "The leasing momentum achieved across our portfolio continues at 10-20 Bond Street, following recent successes at 151 Clarence Street Sydney and 140 Creek Street Brisbane. In this instance Investa Office has been able to work with Origin Energy to accommodate a new tenant into the building whilst removing the only major Financial Year 2015 lease expiry.”
