Singapore-headquartered global property investor and developer Aquaint Capital Holdings Ltd
(ASX:AQU) has moved to secure a stable income source with the establishment of a new business, Aquaint Management.
The property management services business will initially be focused on Malaysia, which has been a shining light in the Asian property market since 2011. In particular, Johor Bahru (JB), a central business district in Malaysia’s southernmost state, has experienced significant growth due to its closeness to Singapore.
