Commonwealth Bank of Australia
(ASX:CBA) has remained on top of the pack for customer satisfaction in the latest survey from DBM Consultants Business Financial Services Monitor.
The market research firm reports CBA maintained its average rating of 7.5 in February from the month before on the back of growth from its business segments.
ANZ Banking Group
(ASX:ANZ) and Westpac Banking Corporation
(ASX:WBC) also stayed steady while National Australia Bank Limited
(ASX:NAB) was the only bank to improve its rating.
The monthly survey of satisfaction among the Big Four's business clients shows NAB’s rating rose to 7 in February from 6.9 the month before.
Commonwealth Bank reported a net profit of $4.2 billion in the first half of the 2014 financial year.
