Newcrest Mining Limited
(ASX:NCM) has appointed Francesca Lee as General Counsel and Company Secretary.
Ms Lee has been in the same role at OZ Minerals Limited
(ASX:OZL) and its previous companies since 2003.
She has more than 26 years of experience working with the mining industry.
CEO and managing director Greg Robinson says Ms Lee will make a substantial contribution to the company’s legal and governance processes.
Newcrest Mining booked a net loss of $5.7 billion in fiscal 2013.
