(ASX:CTD) advises that Jamie Pherous has disposed of 1.5 million of their shares.
Following the disposal, Jamie Pherous will still remain the Company’s largest shareholder with approximately 14.1 per cent of shares on issue.
He sold the shares at $21 a share.
