Suncorp's
(ASX:SUN) Banking & Wealth Chief Executive David Carter has announced he will be leaving the insurance group in early 2020 to take on the role of Group CEO at Royal Automobile Club of Queensland.
Suncorp Group CEO Steve Johnston said Mr Carter had guided the Banking & Wealth team through a period of significant change.
Suncorp says a robust recruitment process has begun to replace Mr Carter.
In addition, Suncorp’s Group General Counsel, Belinda Speirs, has been appointed to the Senior Leadership Team reporting directly to the Group CEO effective immediately.
Shares in Suncorp closed 0.37 per cent higher at $13.48 yesterday
