Business rates CBA best

The Commonwealth Bank of Australia (ASX:CBA)has been rated highest by its business customers, closely followed by Westpac Banking Corp (ASX:WBC).
 
But satisfaction levels for National Australia Bank Limited (ASX:NAB) and Australia and New Zealand Banking Group (ASX:ANZ) continue to lag behind.
 
Australian businesses are more satisfied with the big four banks than at any point in the last four years, with the banks scoring an average rating of 7.3 out of 10, according to the DBM Consultants Business Financial Services Monitor.
 
The Commonwealth had an average score of 7.6 out of 10, followed by Westpac on 7.4 out of 10.
 
Meanwhile, ANZ and NAB were rated 7.
 
CBA generated a net profit of $7.7 billion in the 2013 financial year.
