Corporate Travel Management appoints new chairman

The board of Corporate Travel Management (ASX:CTD) has announced that Ewen Crouch will take over from Tony Bellas as chairman effective from 25 March 2019.

Mr Crouch is currently a director of Westpac Banking Corporation (ASX:WBC) and a director of BlueScope Steel (ASX:BSL).

He was a partner at Allens and has previously served as chairman of Allens and Mission Australia.

Tony Bellas served as Chairman for almost ten years and has overseen the company's growth from its listing on the ASX in 2010 with a market capitalisation of just over $70 million through to the $2.7 billion global company that it is today.

Shares in Corporate Travel Management (ASX:CTD) are trading 0.2 per cent lower at $25.24.
