Cromwell property Group
(ASX:CMW) director Marc Wainer is retiring after eight years.
Marc joined the Cromwell Board in 2010.
His retirement will come in to effect at the end of the Annual General Meeting.
Cromwell Property Group is a Real Estate Investor and Manager with operations in three continents. They have total assets under management of $11.5 billion across Australia, New Zealand and Europe.

(ASX:CMW) closed 0.49 per cent higher to $1.02 yesterday.
