WorleyParsons Limited (ASX:WOR) has announced company member Andrew Wood as its new Chief Executive Officer.
Mr Wood will take over from John Grill who joined the company more than 40 years ago.
The new CEO is expected to step into his new role at the engineering company, at the conclusion of the company’s 2012 Annual General Meeting on October 23rd.
In the first half of the 2012 financial year WorleyParsons posted a net profit of $164 million.
