Equity investment company AMCIL
(ASX:AMH) has announced the retirement of company director Richard Santamaria, effective immediately.
He has been director of the company since 1996.
He is Group General Counsel and Company Secretary of Australia and New Zealand Banking Group
(ASX:ANZ) and was formerly a Partner and Executive Partner Corporate at the law firm Allens Arthur Robinson.
Shares in AMCIL
(ASX:AMH) are flat at 93 cents.
