Engineering firm WorleyParsons (ASX:WOR) has announced key management changes.
The news sparks fresh speculation regarding the succession plans of chief executive John Grill.
The re-shuffle includes the formation of a new 5 man executive committee aimed at streamlining operations at a global level.
Among the changes, Andrew Wood and David Steele, have been appointed as group managing directors.
Current chief, Mr Grill, has been at the helm since 1971.
The chairman was recently quoted as saying a succession plan for the top job was well progressed.
WorleyParsons reported half year earnings of just over 138 million dollars.
