Sydney Airport
(ASX:SYD) announced that David Gonski AC will be joining the board of Sydney Airport as a non-executive director from late September 2018.
David Gonski is Chairman of the Australia and New Zealand Banking Group
(ASX:ANZ), Chancellor of the University of New South Wales, President of the Art Gallery of NSW Trust, a member of the ASIC External Advisory Panel and the board of the Lowy Institute for International Policy.
He was appointed a Companion of the Order of Australia in 2007 and received the Centenary Medal in 2003.
Mr Gonski holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales.
Shares in Sydney Airport
(ASX:SYD) is trading 0.92 per cent lower at $6.99.
