Aurelia Metals
(ASX:AMI) has been informed that Pacific Road Capital’s entire 36.7 per cent shareholding, that’s 313.7M shares in the Company, was successfully sold and placed to a range of existing and new institutional investors overnight.
Pacific Road Capital first invested in the Company in late 2013 and supported the Company through the development of the Hera Mine and more recently the acquisition of Peak Mines.
Aurelia Metals acquired 100 per cent interest in Peak Mines in 2017.
