Real estate investment manager, Cromwell Property Group
(ASX:CMW) has announced the retirement of non-executive director, Andrew Konig effective immediately.
David Blight has been appointed Non-executive director, commencing today.
He is the Director and CEO of ARA Australia, the Australian business of ARA Asset management.
Changes to the board come hot on the heels of Singapore-based ARA’s acquisition of 19.5 per cent in Cromwell last week.
