Lithium Power International
(ASX:LPI) has announced it has selected WorleyParsons
(ASX:WOR) as the engineering consultant for it Maricunga lithium brine joint venture project in Chile.
The lithium explorer and developer says after an extensive evaluation process, it awarded the design and feasibility contract to WorleyParsons.
Lithium Power’s office in Chile is working to ensure Australian firms are the preferred service providers to Australian companies who work in the region.
It says the project is continuing to advance well and the company will provide updates as activities advance.
Shares in Lithium Power International
(ASX:LPI) are trading 5.26% higher at 30 cents.
