ANZ to redeem $1.51B in Subordinated Notes

Australia and New Zealand Banking Group (ASX:ANZ) has announced it will redeem all of its $1.51 billion in Subordinated Notes on 20 June 2017.

Each holder of an ANZ Subordinated note will receive a face value of $100 per ANZ Subordinated Note, plus any accrued and paid interest on the note.

The last day of ASX trading of the ANZ Subordinated Notes will be 7 June 2017.

ANZ says investors do not need to action the notice, but they can sell their notes at any time before 7 June 2017.

Shares in ANZ (ASX:ANZ) last traded 0.82% higher at $31.80
