CBA & Westpac still on top for satisfaction

Commonwealth Bank of Australia (ASX:CBA) and Westpac Banking Corporation (ASX:WBC) are still leading with overall business satisfaction in Australia. 
 
The banks scored ratings of 7.5 and 7.4 out of 10 respectively according to DBM Consultants' Business Financial Services Monitor.
 
The survey covers about 20,000 businesses a year and has consistently seen CBA and Westpac rate higher than its rivals but fall back recently from a peak in December. 
 
National Australia Bank Limited (ASX:NAB) and ANZ Banking Group’s (ASX:ANZ) lagged behind in the latest tally, both scoring an average satisfaction rating of 7.1. 
 
Commonwealth Bank of Australia reported a net profit of $4.54 billion in the first half of the 2015 financial year.
