Australian resources company Meridian Minerals Limited (‘Meridian’ or ‘Company’) (ASX: MII) today announces the appointment of Dr Guoyi Dong, effective immediately.
The Company also announces the resignation of Mr Shaoru Zhao as a director, effective immediately. The Board records their thanks to Mr Zhao for his efforts and work during time with Meridian.
