SHARE PURCHASE PLAN RESULTS
Following the closure of its Share Purchase Plan (SPP) on 2 May 2011, AED Oil Limited (ASX Code: AED) announces that shareholders who have applied for the offer will be issued the full dollar amount of AED shares for which they applied, up to the maximum of A$15,000.00, at an issue price of $0.24 for each AED share.
4,794,787* new shares in AED at $0.24 per share will be allotted on or about Thursday 5 May 2011. The total number of ordinary shares on issue after the allotment will be 207,644,672* shares.
Shares are expected to commence trading on ASX on or about Tuesday 10 May 2011, with holding statements to be despatched shortly thereafter.
