This Cleansing Statement has been prepared for the purposes of section 708(12C)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (as inserted by ASIC Class Order [CO 10/322]) to enable fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of AED Oil Limited (AED or the Company) to be issued on conversion of a convertible note issued by AED to La Jolla Cove Investors Inc. to be on-sold to retail investors.
