Xplore Wealth Ltd (ASX: XPL, the Group) advises that non-executive director Ms. Pamela McAlister will be stepping down from her duties with the Xplore Wealth board and its subsidiaries, effective 1 July 2019. Ms. McAlister joined the Group in September 2018 and was appointed as an Ombudsman with the newly formed Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA). The increased demands of Ms. McAlister’s role with AFCA have prompted her to resign from the Xplore Wealth board.
