Managed Accounts Holdings Limited (MGP or Company) notifies, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.8A, a copy of ASIC Form 484 in respect of the cancellation of 1,398,000 ordinary shares as part of the Company’s on-market share buy-back.
Following the cancellation, the Company’s issued share capital is 299,866,240 ordinary shares.
