SYDNEY, Tuesday 31 July 2018: Managed Accounts Holdings Limited (ASX:MGP) (Company) advises that in accordance with the Company’s Employee Share Option Plan (Employee Plan):
(a) some staff options have vested after the satisfaction of performance conditions under the Employee Plan and option offer terms as set out below; and
(b) some staff options have lapsed in accordance with the terms of the Employee Plan and option offer terms as set out below.
