Windlab Limited (ASX:WND) today announced that Innovation Capital Fund II LP (Innovation) has voluntarily committed that its full shareholding will remain subject to escrow until the release of Windlab’s full year results for 2018, expected to be in late February 2019, subject to certain conditions.
Innovation is Windlab’s largest shareholder and holds 12,574,544 fully paid ordinary shares in Windlab, comprising approximately 18.6% of Windlab's issued shares.
