Engineering services company WDS Limited
(ASX:WDS) confirms the appointment of an experienced team of external advisors as part of its recently announced review of business strategy and operations. The planning for this review commenced in May and is the first stage in a process which will see Board and management set out the strategy for the Company’s growth over the next five years.
The announcement this week of Terry Chapman’s resignation (to take effect when a suitable candidate is found) was brought forward in order to allow a new CEO to lead WDS into this next stage and drive the formulation of the Company’s formal planning process in 2015.
The review will be conducted by former Leighton Holdings senior executives Laurie Voyer, and Barry Glendinning, with the assistance of David Plowman, also a Leighton veteran.
