Results of General Meeting for Triton Gold Ltd
The Directors of Triton Gold Ltd (the “Company”), wishes to advise that, at the General Meeting held today, the members approved the resolutions as set out in the 2011, Notice of General Meeting on a show of hands.
Set out in the link to the ASX announcement below are the details of the total number of proxy votes which were exercisable in respect to each of the resolutions considered at the General Meeting, by all proxies validly appointed and in the manner in which those appointments specified that the proxies vote.
