Results of General Meeting and Appointment of Joint Company Secretary
In accordance with Section 251AA of the Corporations Act, we advise that the details of proxies received for the company’s general meeting which was held on 6 April 2011 are detailed in the ASX announcement.
All resolutions were passed on a show of hands.
Appointment of Joint Company Secretary
The Directors of the Company are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Darren Wates as Joint Company Secretary. Mr Wates’ appointment is in addition to his current role as the Company’s Commercial Legal Counsel. Mr Wates has over 10 years experience as a corporate and commercial lawyer in Western Australia. Mr Wates relieves Managing Director, Mr Chris Reed, of the role of Joint Company Secretary.
The Directors have today also resolved to offer Mr Wates 500,000 options to acquire fully paid ordinary shares. These employee options have an exercise price of $1.00 and an expiry date of 1 July 2014.
