Obstructive Sleep Apnoea (OSA) treatment innovator, Oventus Medical Ltd (ASX: OVN) is pleased to announce that it has today issued the Shares and Options under the Share Purchase Plan (SPP), the Options under the Placement and the remaining Shares under the Placement to related parties on the terms as announced on 1 May 2020.
The issue of all Shares and Options reflect the terms detailed in the Prospectus lodged on 5 May 2020 and the notice of meeting for the General Meeting of the Company which convened on 12 June 2020.
