Mr Derek Carter, Chairman of copper-gold focused explorer, Minotaur Exploration Ltd (ASX:MEP, “the Company”), confirms appointment to the Company’s Board of Directors of former Breakaway Resources Chairman, Mr John Atkins.
Mr Atkins’ appointment was foreshadowed in Minotaur’s recent acquisition of Breakaway
Resources and announced last month at Minotaur’s 2013 Annual General Meeting in Adelaide. Mr Carter said Mr Atkins’ presence on the Minotaur Board provides continuity as the Company completes the integration of Breakaway within Minotaur’s corporate structure.
