SUSPENSION FROM OFFICIAL QUOTATION CONVERTIBLE NOTES MATURING 1 SEPTEMBER 2011
The Convertible Notes maturing 1 September 2011 (“Convertible Notes”) of Metal Storm Limited (the “Company”) only will be suspended from quotation at the close of trading on Thursday, 25 August 2011 pending maturity on 1 September 2011 and the outcome of resolutions to be considered by shareholders of the Company (“Shareholders”) and holders of the Convertible Notes (“Note holders’) at respective Shareholder and Note holder meetings to be held on 29 August 2011 to extend the maturity of the Convertible Notes by a further period of six months to 1 March 2012.
It is noted that if Shareholders and Note holders approve the extension of the maturity date of the Convertible Notes by a further period of six months to 1 March 2012, then reinstatement to official quotation of the Convertible Notes will occur immediately after the results of the Shareholders and Note holders meeting are released to the market.
