Allotment of Shortfall of Entitlements Issue and Dispatch of Holding Statements
Liberty Resources Limited is pleased to advise the successful completion of its Entitlement Issue with allotment and issue of 19,623,533 fully paid ordinary shares and 19,623,533 options for fully paid ordinary shares exercisable at $0.10 per share on or before the 30 June 2013 in Liberty Resources Limited to the underwriters of the issue.
These shares and options were allotted on the 19 January 2011. Holding statements have been dispatched. $1.46 million after expenses was raised from the Issue.
