KBL Mining Ltd, At Red Terror Deposit New High Grade Intersections Expand Size

KBL Mining Limited (ASX:KBL and KBLGA) is pleased to announce that additional copper-gold (Cu-Au) mineralisation has been identified by diamond drilling at the Red Terror deposit, Mineral Hill Mine central NSW, expanding the size of the underground mineralised envelope.

High-grade drilling results

Ongoing underground drilling at the Red Terror deposit has identified new areas of Cu-Au mineralisation, located adjacent to the current production source – the Red Terror Southwest Lode.

Previous drilling in the south-western part of the Red Terror system identified three main, near-vertical lodes: the Southwest Lode; the Central Lode and the DDD Lode. The vein-style mineralisation varies from copper-rich in the south, to gold-rich in the north. Current mining operations are focused on the Southwest Lode on multiple levels of development.
