KBL Mining Ltd, Activities Report for Quarter Ended June 2012


HIGHLIGHTS

Mineral Hill Mine, New South Wales

- Mined: Record ore mined, 65,440 tonnes, up 10% quarter on quarter (qoq)
- Milled: Record or treated, 65,516 tonnes, up 7% qoq
- Copper Concentrate Production: 4,907 dry metric tonnes (DMT), up 4.2% qoq with record June production of 2,106 DMT
- Metal: Steady quarterly copper production of 1,046 tonnes with record in June of 495 tonnes delivering a June C1 cash cost of A$2.48 per pound of copper (after gold and silver credits)
- Sales: Five copper concentrate shipments during quarter totalling 5,736 DMT to new offtake partner, Daye Non-Ferrous Metals Co. Limited (Daye) in Hubei, China
- 2011-2012 Production: Since commissioning and production commenced in October 2011, Mineral Hill has produced 2,791 tonnes of copper, 836 ounces of gold and 85,228 ounces of silver
- Outlook: June production performance is expected to continue for the September quarter

Pearse Gold - Silver Project:
Ongoing test work and a feasibility study to be completed in September quarter with development expected to commence in early 2013 and first production during June quarter 2013

Iron Duke Project:
Maiden near surface copper-gold Resource of 1.3 million tonnes containing approximately 13,000 tonnes of copper and 25,000 ounces of gold lifts Mineral Hill region in ground inventory to approximately 74,000 tonnes of copper, 250,000 ounces of gold and 6.1m ounces of silver.

Sorby Hills, Western Australia

- Finalisation of environmental work for submission to EPA for Public Environmental Review in October 2012
- Ongoing pre-feasibility work including finalisation of pit, plant and infrastructure design.
