MMJ Group Holdings Limited (ASX: MMJ) ("MMJ") announces that its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mr Jason Conroy has tendered his resignation.
MMJ has agreed with Mr Conroy that his last day will be 1 March, 2019. This will provide sufficient time to be well advanced in identifying a replacement CEO. MMJ is in the process of instructing an international search firm.
