Prospectus
By this Prospectus, the Company is offering one (1) Option exercisable at $0.015 on or before 30 June 2013, at an issue price of $0.05 in order to raise $0.05. This Prospectus has been prepared for the purpose of Section 708A(11) of the Corporations Act to remove any trading restrictions on the sale of Options recently issued by the Company.
