Globe Metals & Mining Limited (“Globe” or “the Company”; ASX: GBE) is pleased to confirm that the Notice of General Meeting regarding the proposed strategic alliance and A$47.85m fund raising with East China Mineral Exploration and Development Bureau (“ECE”) has been dispatched to all shareholders.
The Notice of Meeting contains all relevant information for shareholders to consider, including the Independent Expert’s Report, and is available on the Company’s website.
The General Meeting of Shareholders is to be held at the Celtic Club, 48 Ord Street West Perth, starting at 10:30AM on Tuesday, 12 April, 2011.
The Company looks forward to seeing its shareholders at the General Meeting on 12 April, 2011, and at the Investor Forums as announced on 11 March, 2011.
