Offer Details
A capital raising of approximately A$7.5 million, comprising:
- a placement to institutional and sophisticated investors of 28,125,000 million shares at an Offer Price of A$0.16 per New Ordinary Share to raise approximately A$4.5 million (Placement); and
- a 1 for 14 non-renounceable pro rata entitlement offer (Entitlement Offer) to existing shareholders at an Offer Price of A$0.16 per New Ordinary Share targeted to raise approximately A$3.0 million.
