Following the announcement by Flinders Mines on May 11 regarding the company entering into an option arrangement with Todd Corporation over the Pilbara Iron Ore Project and numerous enquiries by shareholders, Flinders advises it will run Shareholder Information Briefings in the week beginning 1 June 2015.
These briefings will allow Flinders’ management to give a presentation on the proposed transaction and allow for an open forum in which the Company can listen to shareholder feedback, answer questions on the details of the transaction and outline approval processes.
