Drillsearch confirms no offer for Innamincka
Drillsearch Energy Limited (Drillsearch) refers to the announcment made by Innamincka Petroleum Limited (Innamincka) on 31 January 2011. In that announcement, Innamincka referred to an incomplete proposal received from Drillsearch.
Drillsearch confirms that it does not intend to make a takeover offer or other proposal for Innamincka based on the existing circumstances.
Drillsearch will continue to focus on its strategy on the Cooper-Eromanga Basin and the upcoming drilling programme in PEL 91.
