Drillsearch Share Consolidation
At the Annual General Meeting of Drillsearch Energy Limited on 23 November 2010, shareholders approved a consolidation of the Company's shares on a one-for-ten basis to take effect on a date to be announced to the ASX in accordance with the Listing Rules.
Drillsearch confirms that the consolidation has now been completed and that holding statements have been dispatched to shareholders advising them of their shareholdings.
Following the completion of the consolidation, Drillsearch has on issue the following:
Fully Paid Ordinary Shares: 206,808,417
Options expiring on 29 July 2011 ($0.50 exercise price): 1,000,000
Options expiring on 12 August 2012 ($0.40 exercise price): 150,000
Options expiring on 28 November 2012 ($0.50 exercise price): 2,400,000
Options expiring on 2 March 2013 ($0.85 exercise price): 200,000
Options expiring on 10 November 2013 ($0.40 exercise price): 1,200,000
Options expiring on 30 November 2013 ($0.725 exercise price): 3,600,000
Options expiring on 30 September 2014 ($0.625 exercise price): 1,000,000
Options expiring on 15 March 2015 ($0.877 exercise price): 1,000,000
