Drillsearch Share Consolidation
At its 23 November 2010 Annual General Meeting, the shareholders of Drillsearch resolved that the issued capital in Drillsearch be consolidated on the basis that every 10 shares be consolidated into one share and that this would take effect on a date to be announced to the ASX in accordance with the Listing Rules.
In accordance with the Listing Rules, contained in the ASX announcement is a copy of the timetable setting out when the Share Consolidation will occur.
