On 16 April 2019, DigitalX Ltd (DigitalX or the Company) announced that it had entered into an agreement to acquire Bullion Asset Management Services Pte Ltd, the investment management firm behind xbullion. The terms of the agreement were set out in that announcement.
As part of the agreement, DigitalX acquired shares through a share subscription, received advisory shares and entered into an agreement to acquire existing shares from an existing shareholder (unrelated to DigitalX).
