Audinate Group Limited (ASX:AD8) has today issued performance rights to a number of senior staff in addition to shares on exercise of options by staff.
In preparing the attached Appendix 3B the Company identified some recent share issues (on conversion of options) that had not been advised to the market. The late lodgements are due to an administrative oversight by the Company and its service providers.
