The site is located within the Iskandar Flagship Zone B in Nusajaya. Nusajaya is the newly developed regional city that houses the Johor State and Federal government department offices. This district has many international and domestic attractions such as Legoland Malaysia, Puteri Harbour and Hello Kitty Town. Furthermore, there is a medical precinct with hospitals and an educational precinct with 2 private schools and 3 internationally recognised universities.
