In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1, The Directors of Aquaint Capital Holdings Limited (‘the Company’) announces the re-designation of Mr Soo Ming Chiang (MC) as Executive Director and Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company, the re- designation of Mrs Tan Yang Po, who previously held the position as Group Chief Executive Officer, will become Non-Executive Chairperson. The re-designations are effective from 27 October 2014.
